PS: chicago is enjoying some of the best weather ever right now!

Did you take all of these beautiful photos??
ReplyDeletesure did! (except for the one with my head in it.)
ReplyDeleteWell, my goodness, you are amazing!
ReplyDeleteyou too! xo. :)
DeleteI was just noticing today as I was heading out of the neighborhood how alive with color the whole place is - the flowering pears, magnolias, dogwoods, crab apple trees, the oriental maple in the backyard. They're all over the place just busting with flowers, not to mention the flowers themselves. Of course, the now mature pears make the neighborhood smell like a fish market.
ReplyDeletethe trees here are stinky too :)
DeleteLove the photos! I believe I actually took the Atlanta photo with you in it. And I have a hibiscus plant in the kitchen window (more peachy than the pink one you show) that has continued to bloom all winter! How about that!? xoxo
ReplyDeletedo you remember when we went to the greenhouse right after i came back from mexico and i tried to convince you to buy all of the tropical plants in the place? and you said no to the hibiscus because it would take "too much work." clearly you were wrong!
Deleteps: you DID take that picture!!!
I do remember that! And how you gravitated to all the tropical flowers in the DC botanical garden as well. Also, sorry to be picky, but the photo from Jeff City is not the dogwood tree. That's closer to Grandma's house. Not sure what--maybe crabapple? Someone else can figure that one out...
ReplyDeleteYou've got to come to DC for cherry blossom season sometime. Those and the redbuds and forsythia in the park I walk through on my commute are making me very happy these days.
ReplyDeleteHey, your spring looks amazing. Wonderful. Thanks for saying hi on my personal blog the other day. Did you get out for your run? It looks like a great time to be out and about.
